This Privacy Policy explains how Kelvara Studio LLC ("TYTUS", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the TYTUS app and website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
Account information you provide: username, email address, and a phone number used to verify your account. We also store the information you choose to log in the app, which may include training and workout data, body weight and body-composition measurements, nutrition and food entries, supplement and treatment entries, bloodwork values, progress photos, and messages you send to a connected coach.
Some of this is sensitive health-related information. You decide what to enter, and you can delete it at any time.
We use your information to operate your account, display your own data back to you, calculate the features you use (such as targets, trends and estimates), keep the Service secure, and communicate with you about your account. If you connect with a coach, we use it to share the data you have agreed to share with that coach.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations: (1) with a coach, after you explicitly connect your account to them, and only the data that connection is designed to share; (2) with service providers who help us run the Service (for example, a payment processor for subscriptions, or email/SMS delivery), limited to what they need; and (3) where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of users or the public.
If and when paid subscriptions are offered, payment card details are handled by a third-party payment processor and are subject to that processor's own terms and privacy practices. We do not store full payment card numbers.
You can export a full copy of your data, or clear your logs, from Settings at any time. You can cancel your account, which exports your data and then marks the account for deletion. We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your passcode confidential.
The Service is intended only for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
The Service is operated from the United States. If you use it from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the U.S.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
